We use service providers to run our website and communicate with you: Netlify (website hosting and contact form submissions), Google (Google Analytics) and our email provider. They process information on our behalf and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under the laws of that country.
Client Information
If you become a client, information you share with us during an engagement is kept confidential in accordance with the CPA Ontario Code of Professional Conduct and the terms of your engagement letter.
Cookies and Your Choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Our website will still work if you do.
How Long We Keep It
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business records. If you become a client, we keep records as required by law and professional standards.
